Now when I try to access my own .css from url, the window showed up saying can't find handyhtml.exe which is needed for opening files for hyper text style sheet. I am stunned that a program getting good reviews in download.com will do something like this. Is this a normal practice for programs from Russia?

Usually removing the EMPTY C:\Program\ folder stops the problem. Since your's goes on, then I would think something "was" installed there. Troubleshooting steps. Click on Start - Run <type> Msconfig <press enter> Go to the Startup Tab and uncheck every command in there. Reboot? Do you still see the error on bootup?

Reinstall Windows
I've read the MS material on cftmon, and--despite having disabled the alternative input module of Word and unchecked it in msconfig, the program keeps starting up whenever I reboot. Same with mdm, although I didn't find anything on that. I just disabled it in msconfig, to no avail. I don't want these programs up.
