Trouble with new display and Device Manager
When you say "item" what do you mean? A Marquee? Filled rectangle? In 5 there are no Shape tools, so you have to either composite it with circle shapes or make a rectangular marquee and blur it and then sharpen. Or draw it with the Pen tool. Or make it in another program and import it. You really should upgrade.
